Fall Workouts

Workouts will begin October 16.

Workouts will be Monday – Thursday starting at 3:30 until 5:30.

Cages will be open and 4 on 1 workouts will occur each day.

I look forward to working with each one of you during the fall. Remember “Without hard work, nothing grows but weeds.”
